About Saisha

Women’s health deserves a record that keeps up with it.

Saisha is a women’s health record that holds the whole thread — cycles, symptoms, moods and history — so the patterns in your body are visible to you, and so you arrive at every consultation knowing your own story.

Dear Women of India,

Before Saisha became a platform, before it became an idea, before it even had a name, it began with a question:

Why are women expected to navigate their health journeys alone?

Today, girls are entering puberty earlier than ever before. Yet many still grow up surrounded by silence, myths, confusion, and unanswered questions. Painful periods are dismissed, hormonal concerns are ignored, and conditions such as PCOS, thyroid disorders, endometriosis, and infertility often go undiagnosed for years.

Too many women are told to tolerate pain. Too many women are told to wait. Too many women are left searching for answers alone.

Women are not lacking strength. Women are lacking support.

They are lacking trustworthy information, timely guidance, and a healthcare ecosystem that truly walks beside them.

We believe healthcare should not begin when something goes wrong. It should begin with awareness. With education. With prevention. With understanding.

Because knowledge is not just power. Knowledge is protection.

What we stand for

Our manifesto.

None of this is aspiration. Each line below is something Saisha already holds itself to — collected here because it had never been written down in one place.

  1. Health happens over time

An appointment sees a moment. A life is longer than that. Saisha keeps the thread between consultations so a change reads as a change, not as a new and unrelated complaint.

  2. Patterns, not verdicts

We will show you what tends to move together in your body, and when. We will not tell you what you have. That is a doctor’s work, and we mean that.

  3. Marked likely, never certain

Where the evidence is thin, we say so. Confidence we have not earned is only a more comfortable way of being wrong.

  4. Care should not start at the crisis

Healthcare should not begin when something goes wrong. It should begin with awareness, education and prevention — which is the letter’s claim, and the reason the product exists before anything is diagnosed.

  5. Written to be understood

Most women’s health information either frightens or oversimplifies. Ours is written in plain language, reviewed before publication, and updated as the evidence changes.

  6. Private by default

Encrypted, never sold, never shared with advertisers. Your health record is not an advertising surface and will not become one.
