- the information you provide is accurate and not misleading;
- you will update your information when it changes; and

Certain services may have additional eligibility requirements, including age, location, professional qualification or verification requirements.
Where a service is intended for an individual below the applicable age of consent, we may require parental or guardian involvement or consent in accordance with applicable law.
Partners must satisfy the professional qualification, registration, verification and other requirements applicable to the services they seek to provide through Saisha.
5. Your Saisha Account
Some Platform features require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- ensuring that information associated with your account remains accurate;
- taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account; and
- notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

- attempt to gain unauthorised access to another account;
- use Saisha for fraudulent, unlawful or harmful purposes; or

6. Health Information and Medical Disclaimer
Saisha provides health information, tracking tools, educational resources, Care Plans and technology-enabled features intended to support informed health decisions.
Saisha is not, by itself, a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Information provided through the Platform should not be interpreted as a diagnosis or definitive assessment of a medical condition unless it is expressly provided by an appropriately qualified Partner as part of a Professional Service.
Except where expressly provided as part of a Professional Service, information available through Saisha is not intended to constitute:
- a medical diagnosis;
- a prescription;
- a medical treatment plan;
- an emergency medical service; or
- a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
You should not delay seeking medical care because of information obtained through Saisha.
If you have symptoms that are severe, persistent, worsening or concerning, you should seek appropriate medical attention.
Medical Emergencies
Saisha is not an emergency medical service and must not be relied upon for emergency medical situations.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek immediate medical attention through an appropriate emergency medical service or healthcare facility.
7. Personalized and Technology-Enabled Care Plans
Saisha may provide personalized Care Plans based on information you provide, information generated through your use of the Platform, health-tracking information, educational content, algorithms, technology-enabled assessments and, where applicable, information or recommendations provided by Partners.
Care Plans may include recommendations relating to:
- health tracking;
- lifestyle;
- nutrition;
- physical activity;
- sleep;
- symptom management;
- educational resources;
- preparation for consultations; and
- other activities relating to health management.
A Care Plan generated or provided by the Platform without professional review is intended as a technology-enabled health resource and does not constitute a medical diagnosis, prescription or individualized medical treatment plan.
Where a Care Plan is created or reviewed by a Partner, the Partner is responsible for the professional advice or recommendations they provide within the scope of their professional practice and applicable service.
Technology-enabled recommendations, assessments, predictions or suggestions may be based on incomplete or user-provided information and may not be appropriate for every individual.
Individual health outcomes vary. We do not guarantee that following any Care Plan will result in a particular health outcome.
8. Consultations and Professional Services
Saisha may provide access to consultations and other Professional Services provided by qualified Partners.
Where you use a consultation or Professional Service:
- the relevant Partner is responsible for the professional advice, diagnosis, assessment, treatment or other professional service they provide within their applicable scope of practice;
- Saisha may facilitate the technology, scheduling, communication, documentation or administrative aspects of the service;
- the professional relationship may be between you and the relevant Partner or healthcare provider, depending on the structure of the service;
- you are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information to the Partner;
- you should disclose relevant health information necessary for the Partner to provide appropriate professional services; and
- you should follow the Partner's instructions regarding further evaluation, treatment, follow-up or in-person care, where applicable.
A teleconsultation may not be appropriate for every medical or health-related condition. The relevant healthcare professional may determine that an in-person examination, diagnostic test or other form of care is necessary.
Where a Registered Medical Practitioner provides telemedicine services, the consultation will be subject to applicable professional and regulatory requirements.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection, healthcare or other mandatory laws.
9. Partner Verification and Professional Responsibilities
Partners are responsible for ensuring that information they provide to Saisha regarding their identity, qualifications, registrations, licences, experience and professional status is accurate and current.
Saisha may conduct verification checks before or during a Partner's use of the Platform. Verification does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of a Partner's professional competence, suitability or outcome.
Partners agree to:
- provide Professional Services only within their applicable professional scope;
- maintain all qualifications, registrations, licences and permissions required to provide their services;
- provide accurate and professional information to Patients;

Saisha may suspend or restrict a Partner's access where information provided by the Partner cannot be verified, becomes inaccurate, or where continued access may create legal, professional, safety or security concerns.
10. Health Tracking
Saisha may allow Patients to record information relating to their health, including:
- menstrual cycles;
- symptoms;
- lifestyle;
- health activities;
- nutrition;
- physical activity;
- sleep;
- medications or other health information where supported; and
- other information the Patient chooses to provide.
Tracking tools are intended to help Users understand patterns in the information they record.
Predictions, estimates, calculations or recommendations generated by tracking tools are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical assessment.
For example, cycle, ovulation or fertility-related predictions are estimates based on information and methodology available to the Platform and may not accurately reflect biological events in every individual.
11. Your Health Information and Personal Data
You may choose to provide health-related and other Personal Data to Saisha.
You should only provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to provide.
Our collection, use, storage, disclosure and other processing of Personal Data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may process information for purposes including:
- providing and improving Saisha;

- personalizing your experience;
- maintaining security;
- preventing fraud and misuse;
- complying with applicable law; and
- other purposes described in our Privacy Policy and applicable notices or consents.
Where required by applicable law, we will obtain appropriate consent or rely on another legally permitted basis for processing Personal Data.
Where the Company determines the purpose and means of processing Personal Data, the Company will act as the Data Fiduciary or in such other capacity as may apply under applicable data-protection law.
Where the Company processes Personal Data on behalf of another entity and does not determine the purpose and means of such processing, the Company may act as a Data Processor or in such other capacity as may apply under applicable data-protection law.
The applicable role of the Company in relation to particular processing activities will depend on the nature, purpose and structure of the relevant processing and will be further described in the Privacy Policy and applicable notices.
12. Patient–Partner Relationship and Data Access
When a Patient requests, books or participates in a service provided by a Partner, Saisha may make available to that Partner the Personal Data reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, subject to applicable law and applicable permissions or authorisations.
Depending on the service, information made available may include:
- relevant health history;
- symptoms;
- diagnoses;
- laboratory or diagnostic information;
- medications;
- lifestyle information;
- nutrition information;
- physical activity information;
- relevant Care Plans;
- consultation history;
- documents or reports; and
- other information reasonably necessary for the requested service.
A Partner will not automatically receive unrestricted access to all information held by Saisha merely because the Partner is registered on the Platform.
Saisha may use role-based and need-to-know access controls to limit the categories of Personal Data accessible to different Partners.
Partners must access and use Patient information only for legitimate professional purposes connected with services they are authorised to provide.
Partners must maintain the confidentiality of Patient information during and after their use of the Platform, subject to applicable law and their professional obligations.
Where a Partner independently determines the purposes and means of processing information or maintains records independently of Saisha, that Partner may have separate legal, regulatory and professional responsibilities regarding that information.
13. Communications
Saisha may facilitate communications between Patients and Partners through features such as messaging, notifications, consultation interfaces or other communication tools.
Users must use such communication features responsibly and only for legitimate purposes connected with Saisha.
Users must not use the Platform to:
- harass, threaten, abuse or intimidate another person;
- transmit unlawful, misleading or harmful material;
- distribute unsolicited commercial communications;
- solicit another User for unrelated or unauthorised commercial purposes; or
- circumvent Platform safeguards or restrictions.
Saisha may take reasonable measures to protect Users, maintain security and enforce these Terms, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
14. User Content and Feedback
You retain any rights you may have in User Content that you submit to Saisha, subject to the rights and permissions necessary for us to operate the Platform.
By submitting User Content, you represent that:
- you have the right and authority to provide it;
- it is not knowingly false, misleading or unlawful;
- it does not infringe another person's rights; and
- its submission does not violate any applicable law or contractual obligation.
You grant the Company a non-exclusive, limited licence to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit and display User Content to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure and improve the Platform and deliver the services you request, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
For clarity, where User Content contains Personal Data, including health-related information, the Company's processing of such information will be governed by the Privacy Policy, applicable consent or other lawful basis, and applicable data-protection law. Nothing in this licence grants the Company any independent right to use Personal Data beyond the purposes permitted under applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
You may provide feedback, suggestions or ideas regarding Saisha. We may use such feedback without compensation or obligation to you, provided that doing so does not disclose your Personal Data in violation of applicable law or our Privacy Policy.
15. Third-Party Services
Saisha may provide access to or integrate with third-party services, including:
- healthcare providers;
- diagnostic laboratories;
- pharmacies;
- payment providers;
- technology platforms;
- wearable devices; and
- other service providers.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Where you choose to use a third-party service, you acknowledge that the relevant third party may be responsible for the service it provides.
We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, quality, safety or suitability of third-party services, except to the extent expressly required by applicable law.
16. Payments, Subscriptions, Cancellations and Refunds
Certain Saisha services may be offered for a fee.
Before purchasing a paid service, you will be provided with information regarding the applicable price, taxes where applicable, billing frequency, service period, cancellation terms and other material terms.
Where subscriptions are offered:
- subscription fees may be charged according to the billing cycle disclosed at the time of purchase;
- you may cancel a subscription in accordance with the cancellation process made available by Saisha;
- cancellation may not automatically entitle you to a refund for a period already paid for, except where required by applicable law or the applicable refund policy;
- promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions; and
- prices may change for future billing periods, subject to applicable notice requirements.
For consultations or Professional Services, cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and refund conditions may vary by service or Partner and will be communicated before purchase where applicable.
Specific refund, cancellation and payment terms communicated at the time of purchase will form part of the applicable service terms.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
